ORDERING PROCEDURES
Step1:

Content to include details according to the following format.

Preferred Payment Mode: Fund Transfer (ATM / iBanking)
Preferred Delivery Mode: Normal Postage / Registered Postage / Private Courier Services (i.e. DHL, FEDEX, etc)

Product Code:
Purchase Quantity:
Remark: (for any special request or arrangement, subjective to surcharge)
Step2:
Issuance of payment advice by us (Le Prairie).
note - Do not make any payment before the issuance of our payment advice
Step3:
Proceed to payment.
ATM Transfer / Fund Transfer (iBanking): Email us the transaction number with the exact amount transferred.

Upon the confirmation and validation of all the above required info., we shall ship out the item(s) ordered followed with an email notification.
Shipment arrangement will be made within 2 business days.
note - Le Prairie is not responsible / liable for any article lost due to normal postage. Hence, we strongly recommend you to adopt registered postage or private courier services.
